Planned system update 13.12.2022

We will do a system update on 13.12.2022 between 10 am and 12 pm. There will be a downtime of the API, the protocol adapters and the message forwarding of about 10 mins.

Messages are not buffered, but non-transmitted messages can be provided on request.

@Florian-Duecker Again: unacceptable the way this is handled. 1,5 working day ahead announcement. Not in the “Announcement” channel. Expecting understanding. No buffering.

Please explain how we should inform our customers their device won’t be working in the middle of a working day tomorrow?
Also please help us to deal with the anger and frustration our customers will show. Oh, and please tell where we can collect lost revenue because customers are walking out.

@magnatron thanks for the feedback. As already discussed today, we do realize that this was too short notice. We, therefore, postponed the maintenance to Mon Dec 19th 10:00 - 12:00.

@magnatron hi, yes the update is completed, we had an outage of about 2 minutes at around 10.45 because of it, everything is up and running since then.
