Do the Deutsche Telekom SIM Chips work with all radio standards 2G,3G, LTE CAT-M1, NB-IoT or do I need for NB-IoT a different SIM?

I have a Deutsche Telekom M2M SIM Chip, that I have been using now for many years and now I could confirm myself that it also works with LTE CAT-M1 , but registration is denied for NB-IoT .
