My device’s data count is not increasing, i have followed hello world part3 from this link https://forum.iot.t-mobile.nl/topic/70/part-iii-the-hello-world

All successful and my device returns ‘OK’, but my device data count still 0.

      What could be the reason?

@tcs I had the same problem. In my case, the RawData app wasn’t added to my OceanConnect profile. OceanConnect is the T- Mobile southbound API, I think.

I didn’t have access to OceanConnect so I asked @afzal_m or @techniek to fix it for me, they can probably help you aswell.

Just checked, but the RawData device profile was already attached to your application.
Do you have a Sodaq device? If yes, did you ask Sodaq to unregister your IMEI number in their application?

@afzal_m Yes, I have the new Sodaq Sara N211. But i’m currently using a sim-card that was send to me about a month ago. Why do I have to ask Sodaq to unregister my IMEI number?

Just like you, Sodaq has an application in our IoT-network. Before Sodaq provided you the device, they registrered the IMEI number in their application.
That means that there is a double registration of the same IMEI in our IoT-network. Hence, our network is not showing the data of the IMEI to anyone. Because there are two people now who claim to be the owner of the same IMEI.
