BC95-G, I don't get assigned an IP address

Hello,

I’m trying to complete the Hello World with a BC95-G but I never get an IP address. I’m located in Germany and I am using an iotcreators Sim Card.
AT Commands PDF

My Commands:

ATE1
OK

(I didnt find a command to disable auto sleep)

AT+NBAND=8
OK

AT+CFUN=1 (The iotcreators guide sets it to 0, but the next two commands wont work if CFUN is 0)
OK

AT+CGDCONT=1,“IP”,“cdp.iot.t-mobile.nl”
OK

AT+CGACT=1,1 (Activate PDP Context)
OK

AT+CIPCA=3,0 (Initial PDP Context activation)
OK

AT+COPS=1,2,“20416”
OK

AT+NRB (Reboot device)

Afterwards I should get an IP address but nothing is happening. After Reboot the PDP Context which I set with CGDCONT is also deleted.

Can you check of these commands help?

Sara N211 = same chip as Quect BC-95
