I’ve configured the Quectel BC66 for the T-Mobile Netherland network. The module is connected to the network (no errors) Sending message works in the console (SEND OK) but the message isn’t received in the T-Mobile Portal.
My device is registered in the Portal as UDP device and also sending with a UDP socket.
The connection is roaming (5) in the Netherlands?
For elimination I’ve used two different SIMS ans two different BC66 devices. But still the same.
      Firmware of the BC66 = Revision: BC66NBR01A07

What am I doing wrong in my configuration?

      Thanks
      Gerard

This is an issue in our back-end 😞

Apologies, we are working on it!

We’re still looking for the root cause. If that didn’t work out this afternoon, we will simply restart the component in question.

Unfortunately still no root cause. But we have enough logs for further troubleshooting.

We just restarted the affected component. As of now, you should be able to see the payloads again. Maybe you need to delete and register the device before you see result.

That has maybe something to do with the domain migration which we are doing now…

                      Pls

                      • go to portal.iot.t-mobile.nl and log-out
                      • go to portal.iotcreators.com and log-in

Login is working in portal.iotcreators.com, but no devices anymore.
                        errors :

                        1. Something went wrong while loading your devices
                        2. Something went wrong. Looks like a connection issue, still have an internet connection?

Our lead devops guy just gave me heads up that the errors should be gone right now…

But on the other heard I just also heard that the initial problem is still there 😞

Loading devices is working now and indeed the initial problem is still there.
