Mapping CellID to location

I wonder if it’s possible to establish a geographic location of the cell that my device has connected to. I’d like to keep monitoring the physical location of the devices, however I’m not able to use plain GPS in my use case.
The rough location could be enough for me.I have the BC95 modem, via the AT commands I gathered the Cell ID 45137006 - is there any API available, that could I use in order to map that ID from modem, to a physical location of the cell tower?
