I have ordered several easyconnect SIM cards from T-Mobile and want connect a MKR NB 1500 via LTE-M to an azure IOT-HUB. I have this now working for two devices wich I have configured a few months ago. But now I have a problem with the registration for the rest of the devices. The response that I got from the modem is stated below. It looks if the cards are not registered in the portal but I don’t no how to fix this. Ik hope the @Afzal-Afzal or @Eric-Barten can help me to solve this problem.

      Greetings Gerrit Seigers

        Hello @gerrit-seigers

I don’t own an MKR NB 1500, but from the description here I understand the module supports both LTE-M and NB-IoT.

You write you’d like to use LTE-M. I think in this case you should use a different APN, e.g. m2m.public.nl. See here.

        Thanks
        Felix

          Hej Gerrit,

I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with additional devices. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to troubleshoot easyconnect SIMs from T-Mobile as they are not connected to IoT Creators.
T-Mobile should have a support number, which you can call for help or you could reach out to 1nce, since the service is based on their platform.
If you are using SIM cards from IoT Creators, then the APN advice from fm would be your best bet and you can also contact us again with the SIM card details to troubleshoot them on our end, if that hasn’t solved your issues.
