Problems with the Starterkit order, portal, forum.
I have problems with the portal, forum
- Sometimes I have a problem with the website, some functions do not work and the website wants to verify my email ("Additional information is needed to update your account… "), where no iotcreators.com emails come to my email.
- I ordered a free Starterkit. When filling out the form, I first clicked that I have a SIM card and then unchecked this option and moved on. Then I got an email: “Your project is now ready to go. As you have selected that you already got a SIM card from us, you can start right away.”
but I didn’t check the option (“I’ve already got an IoT Creators SIM card”) that I have a SIM card. I don’t have a SIM card. What to do to get a free SIM card?
What should I do? delete account and create again?
I tried to create a second account on iotcreators.com and place the order again, again I got the email “As you have selected that you already got a SIM card from us, you can start right away.” I did not check this option.
Maybe the site has some errors in saving sessions, user cookies?
