No messages incoming in the api

The 26th and now today, no more messages are comming into the portal. Do more people have this problem? We tried with multiple devices, and multiple modules, all sending the messages, but none appearing in the portal.

We noticed that the data is coming in our own api but is not displayed in the t-mobile api.

Hmm can you check if it helps when you add and remove a dummy IMEI via the GUI?

Is it only a problem in our portal? -
Yes, they are still coming at our application, and it is only a problem in the t-mobile portal. Last messaged received there is on the 26/10/2020.
For us it is not a huge problem atm, but I can imagine for new users, it can be frustrating.

Thanks, this makes everything clear right now. The good thing is, new users with new devices do not have this problem.
