      Hi,
I’m working on university team project in Slovakia using your Starter Kit SIM card. On 21th of October I was able to send message to your server and see payload in GUI portal. But last few days I can’t see any messages coming to my GUI. It’s strange, because I use the same AT commands as the first time. Could somebody help me, please?

Device is connected to network and has it’s own IP address.

      AT
      OK
      ATI
      Manufacturer: u-blox
      Model: SARA-R410M-02B
      Revision: L0.0.00.00.05.08 [Apr 17 2019 19:34:02]
      SVN: 02
      IMEI: 352753090564061

      OK
      AT+COPS?
      +COPS: 1,0,“231 02 Telekom.de”,9

      OK
      AT+CGATT?
      +CGATT: 1

      OK
      AT+CGDCONT?
      +CGDCONT: 1,“IP”,“cdp.iot.t-mobile.nl”,“10.0.4.101”,0,0,0,0

      OK
      AT+USOCR=17
      +USOCR: 0

      OK
      AT+USOCO=0,“172.27.131.100”,15683
      OK
      AT+USOWR=0,5,“test!”
      +USOWR: 0,5

      OK
      AT+USOCL=0
      OK

If there is something else I can try, let me know.

      Thank you very much.

          Hi Roman,

Yes, this has something to do with a problem that we had on Satuday October 23rd.

The good thing is: the problem only affects in the ‘last payload’ functionality in our GUI. If you connect your own application/paltform to our API, you should be able to receive all your device data.

I will post another update tomorrow.
