My colleague from UK is trying to send the UDP data to iot creator UDP server. For him it is not working.

He is registered on NB-IoT network.

      AT Commands:

      1. We checked that our module is able to ping the UDP server IP address: 172.27.131.100
        AT%PINGCMD=0,“172.27.131.100”

              %PINGCMD:1,"172.27.131.100",704,253

             OK

      1. Allocate socket session, here Destination IP Address: 172.27.131.100 Destination Port Number: 15683
        AT%SOCKETCMD=“ALLOCATE”,1,“UDP”,“OPEN”,“172.27.131.100”,15683
        %SOCKETCMD:1

      OK

      1. AT%SOCKETCMD?
        %SOCKETCMD:1,“DEACTIVATED”

      OK
      3) AT%SOCKETCMD=“ACTIVATE”,1
      OK

      1. AT%SOCKETDATA=“SEND”,1,13,“48656C6C6F2C20776F726C6421”
        %SOCKETDATA:1,13
        OK

Please note I am using same commands to send the UDP data from Germany it is successful.

We both are using Evaluation kit from Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH (https://www.we-online.com/catalog/en/ADRASTEA-I)
