Unable to register sim-card to project

Hi,
For some reason I don’t seem to be able to register my simcard. I get an error saying: “Something went wrong while registering your simcard. Please try it again.”
It might have something to do with the deletion of my previous project.
I also do remember that this has been a problem before but I can’t look back in my forum history.

hi @Reinier-Hasper, could you please write to support@iotcreators.com specifying the iccid of the sim card that you want to register and your iotcreators account email?
