the APN is always: cdp.iot.t-mobile.nl - independent of your location.
However, it is important to set the PLMN ID correctly according to your country. For Poland this is: 26002

@Mert-Karabagli I think I figured out your problem! What SIM card are you using? You need to order an IoT Creators SIM card from our website! This solution will not work for other SIM cards. You can order your free starterkit SIM card here: https://portal.iotcreators.com/order/starter/account/register
Please, make also sure that our solution is what you are looking for - as it is differently to pure NB-IoT connectivity and thus works differently.

@Gpontaro Needs are different for different use cases. NB-IoT has also some advantages over LTE-M e.g. when it comes to battery-saving capabilities. As said, we are currently collecting our users feedback about LTE-M and if we see that there is enough interest in our community. However, I’m a bit surprise about the smart metering use case. For me smart metering is a perfect use case for NB-IoT. We also have some community members who are using our solution for this specific use case, e.g. take a look at: https://iotcreators.com/en/portfolio/smart-parking-sensor/
As this post is about NB-IoT roaming, I would love to bring this conversation to some place else. I’m really interested to hear why you would think that NB-IoT is not sufficient for smart metering. If you like, please create a new forum post or send us an email with you metering idea, so we can learn a bit more about it.
@Gpontaro At the moment our IoT Access solution is using NB-IoT connectivity only, but we investigate if there is a demand for LTE-M use cases. I saw that you signed up on our form inquiring about LTE-M. Thanks! We will get back in touch to those registered on the form as soon as we have an update on that, but at the moment we unfortunately don’t have LTE-M in any countries available (regarding our IoT Creators Access solution).
@Gpontaro Roaming should be possible in Switzerland as of now. We are still testing it, but it should work. Do you already have SIM cards from us and would like to test it?
@Mert-Karabagli: I just check the manual for the BC 95 and I think you are correct with your suggested command for AT+CGDCONT (so it is different to the BC 66). The PLMN ID can be set by the AT+COPS command.
The command should be:
AT+COPS=1,2,"20416"
I’m not sure if you need to do this for the BC 95. The BC 66 for example just needs to be restarted (after setting the CGDCONT) and then should be automatically assigned an IP address.
Take a look at this page for the Quectel BC 66: https://docs.iotcreators.com/docs/ia-setup-quectel-bc66-t-be-dvk and change them accordingly to our BC 95 (there is a manual for the BC 95 AT commands here: https://www.quectel.com/UploadImage/Downlad/Quectel_BC95_AT_Commands_Manual_V1.9.pdf)

In regards to your SIM cards not being found in the portal: that is a known bug we are working on. I can add them to your project - but it will have no impact at all whether you will see them there or not. Just send me a message here (via chat) or send me an email.

@Mert-Karabagli: You will find all the necessary configuration settings and the necessary AT commands in our documentation library. I highly recommend you to read all steps within the documentation library. This will help you to understand how our solution is working and what the necessary settings are.
For example you used:
AT+QCGDEFCONT=1,"IP","nbiot"
but to my understanding it should be:
AT+QCGDEFCONT="IP","cdp.iot.t-mobile.nl"
I’m not a 100% sure, but I assume that the AT commands for the BC95 should be similiar/the same to the ones of the BC66. @Roalnd-Baldin or Stefan: Maybe you can add something to this?
Also: Please register your device’s IMEI in the portal first before sending any uplink messages. The portal can be found here: IoT Creators Portal. You created an account when ordering your SIM cards. In case you forgot your password, you can also reset it on that page.

Mistakes like this should not - but can happen. Our whole team is truely dedicated to provide the best service to all our users! We are working hard on it to make it a truely magical experience for everyone.
As I have said we are in a process of migration and restructuring. This includes considering a new pricing model as well. We are hearing our customers and strive hard to make things happen. However, we are not a connectivity provider offering pure LPWA connectivity. There are several elements our solution offers that is not part of traditional connectivity-only solutions. Therefore, we will probably never be able to cut those prices.

Hi, both prices are actually correct. The one on the website is without VAT and the one on the order portal is with VAT. As we are in the process of expanding to other countries outside the Netherlands, we are still trying to figure out some stuff incl. showing the taxes correctly for each country. Sorry for the confusion.
