[RESOLVED] API does not respond in a timely manner

Several calls to the API are timed out with status 504.
Thanks Maarten for letting us know. We are aware of this issue and are troubleshooting it right now.
We see the system is coming back again (uplink should be fine; downlink is still recovering) - do you still encounter any problems?
Do you mean that this was not so much an issue of the API but of the whole platform?
It would be nice if you could expose a status-page so I can first check if you are already aware and don’t have to start these threads when we notice things going wrong on our end.
Any chance of getting something like that up any time soon?
The status-page is on the backlog. But… have you forgotten you phone again?
With regards to you question: yes it is a general problem on the entire platform and it is even bigger then only iotcreators.com.
