@Florian-Duecker Could it be that last night at 00:00 the system stopped again?

Registeriing IMEI via Portal changed?
Hi,
Today I registered 5 IMEI-numbers via the portal.
But no data will eventually be received.
And I think that is caused by the change in format.
Whereas I see only digits in the IMEI-numbers that are working correctly, I now see IMEI:IMEI in front of the IMEI-numbers that are not working.Did something happen in the way we have to register? I did as always insert the 15 digit number and chose UDP.

RE: IoT Creators Upgrade 26/05/2021 [STATUS UPDATES]
I can confirm this. When I try to do a “search by IMEI” from the Device-tab in the Portal it always gives a “Something went wrong”-error.
I have no issues with losing data. Thatś all fine. -
RE: Nodes stopped sending data
@rhalflex : Hi, no that is definitely not the data I expect.

RE: Nodes stopped sending data
Hi Afzal,
I just checked these three nodes but none of them sent anything. I.e. I don’t see anything coming on our application server. They should send every 12 minutes.

Nodes stopped sending data
We have many (some 200) Sodaq-Sara nodes. Some of them suddenly stopped sending data in the last week or so. Strange is that I see that sometimes Time Of Last Message is less recent than Time of First Message. But that is not the case with all problematic nodes.
Here three nodes from which we don’t see data anymore. But we have more ‘problem-nodes’.

RE: Network disruption in the Netherlands
I’m receiving messages again. Problem solved?
About lack of communication as @magnatron writes: I am not sure if I agree with that. Yes, it is hard to get in touch with T-Mobile. That needs to be improved. But once you have contacted them, they are very much willing and trying to solve your problem.
And, we have a ‘Community’-plan. I don’t know exactly what I can expect as support. -
RE: Network disruption in the Netherlands
I have to confirm this. No messages since 2020-03-11T03:31:09.33449585Z
Same problem as last week?Derko

RE: Network disruption in the Netherlands
Helllo T-Mobile and Robin,
Same here. No data arriving at our endpoint. Worked OK for months, but stopped at 2020-03-05T01:47:09
Hope it can be fixed quickly.Best regards,

Coverage in Poland?
For citizien-science purposes we deployed several low-cost air quality sensors in The Netherlands using NB-IoT and a T-Mobile SIM-card.
Will such a configuration work in Poland?
Is there a way I can check T-Mobile coverage without going there? A bit like the LoRa TTN-Coverage Map? -

Unable to register Device
A while ago I registered Devices by importing two different Excel files.
Now it turns out that the first IMEI of both files were not registered.
But registering them now results in an error: “Unable to register your Devices. Try again.”
Maybe an ‘afvalbakje’ needs to be emptied? -
RE: Register IMEI by csv list
My experience is now that CSV-format does not work, but Excel-format works.
Normally I prefer CSV, but I can live with Excel for this… -
RE: Payload missing
Beste Bob,
RE: Meerdere projecten
Je kan onder “See our different plans” een nieuw Plan maken. Kies dan b.v. Community.
Dan kan je daar IMEI- nummers onder registreren (als dat werkt :-)) -
RE: Is there a problem with seeing devices via GUI?
@Eric-Barten
I can see my Devices now, so that part is solved now.
But I’m still not able to register a Device: Something went wrong registering your Device -
RE: Is there a problem with seeing devices via GUI?
@gerrit-seigers
Hi Gerrit,
Do you know if T-Mobile people are following this forum?
Do you know of any other way to let them know there is a problem?

Is there a problem with seeing devices via GUI?
Today I am totally unable to see my devices through the GUI. I keep getting
– Something went wrong while loading your devices
– Something went wrong. Looks like a connection issue, still have an internet connection?
Of course I tried doing this via another connection, but it still fails. And moreovev I do have a working internet connection. The data of the devices is still coming in through the application server, but I can’t see them in the GUI and I can’t register new devices. Which is what I want desperately to do now.

Register IMEI by csv list
Today I tried to register 12 IMEI-numbers by importing a CSV-file.
The SCV looked like this
IMEINR,UDP
IMEINR,UDP
…
…I got “Something went wrong” error.
When registering the 12 IMEI-numbers seperately all went well.
Any idea what was happening here? In the near future I have to register 100+ IMEI-numbers -
RE: Name of project
Oh, found it.
Just the little pencil right to the text ‘Community’. Silly me. -
Name of project
Is it a good idea to have several Projects (eg 2 or 3 Community) to differentiate between functionalities and thus the Application Server is uses?
And is it possible then, to change the name of the Project (which is now always ‘Community’) on the Projects page?
