I cannot register my device

Hello
I am trying to register my device and it won’t let me.
It tells me internet connection error, but I have a perfect internet connection.
In fact I already got ip address and did NPING to the UDP server which responded +NPING:172.27.131.100,253,4814What could be the problem that my device can’t register?

thanks for bringing this up. This is a known bug, see here: https://forum.iotcreators.com/topic/704/iot-creators-bug-tracker. You should be able to see the device after you reload the project page.
But were working on a proper fix right now.

I reloaded the page a few times and I still don’t see the device and it keeps giving me an error.
I will wait for you to finish working on a better solution.thanks

@Yosiel Did you already power-on the device? Then it might be hanging in the catch-all tenant.

Hi Yosiel,
can you please re-check and maybe (if possible) try to register another device. We deployed a hot fix today, so it should be fixed now. If you tried to send a message before registering this might cause issues as well as @magnatron pointed out.
